This roast is full of flavor, and it also cooks your potatoes and carrots, whats better than a THREE-IN-ONE?
– 2lbs. beef ready for roastin’
– 10(ish) baby potatoes, quartered with skins on
– 2 to 3 cups of baby carrots
– 1 can of mushroom soup
1. In a roasting pan lay your potatoes and carrots. On top of that at your beef. Then add the soup right out of the can. Smooth out the soup on the beef.
2. Bake at 380 for an hour and forty-five minutes
